An Invitation for Guidance & Support by Masters in your Prayer / Meditation Work
Introduction to the Invitation
Recently during a prayer/meditation I was contacted by a Spiritual Master who has been guiding me for several years now. His name is Sheik Abdul Jalil Wali Ullah. I was urged/ inspired to let people know that this ‘Master’ (and one other) will make themselves available to support and guide the prayer/meditation process of anyone who sincerely asks.
From this point on I will refer to them as either Teacher or Master.
This Teacher, and the other one who is making this offer, do not live on the physical plane. Who they are is briefly described in the Menu Point: Invitation by the Teachers and is in the ‘drop-down’ entitled: Who are the Teachers?
This website has been set up to facilitate people who are interested to get that support and guidance. Those of you who have worked with me in some of the following will be somewhat familiar with the existence of the Teachers:
- the ‘Mindfulness to Heartfulness Course’
- Personal/Spiritual Development weekends (in different parts of the UK & Europe).
- Meditation evenings that ran from the house where I live and work.
- Others of you will have come for 1:1 awareness work or healing sessions.
As a result, you will have heard me talk about the ‘Teachers’ and know that they have played a significant role in those events. Many of you have clearly experienced their presence and/ or have had tremendous help from them.
Some people reading this may not know anything about these Teachers. I’ll briefly explain who they are and what they would like to offer you. In other ‘drop-downs’ I will give a little history of my relationship to them; how that came about; how this invitation came about; and what their role is. I will also briefly review a few ways you can approach meditation/ prayer that may make it easier for you to hold your focus.
These Teachers are a specific group of Masters who do not evolve on this planet anymore. Though they do incarnate at times. One part of their job, put simply, is to help people in their well-being and spiritual development – though they are involved in other activities. They generally do not make their presence known and that is why this invitation is so special.
Invitation by the Teachers
The two Teachers that I am involved with:
Sheik Ibrahim Gilani Shah W.A. and
Sheihk Abdul Jalil W.A
have offered to work directly with anyone who wants to ‘invite’ them into their prayer/meditation sessions. They will support and oversee your process of prayer/ meditation. This means they will work to guide you in the direction you are most deeply wishing to go and support you in what you are trying to connect with.
Accessing their Invitation
To access their invitation to help; they suggest
- You to invite one or both Teachers in, at the beginning of your pray/med. Keep this simple, they will gradually help you with this. Don’t worry if you don’t see or sense anything.
- If possible, gently hold this invitation in your heart during the pray/med. The experience of this connection will evolve uniquely with each person. Don’t let it become a point of stress. The key is the sincerity of your intentions.
- Each person is different in make-up and are at different stages of their journey. Therefore, each person will build this connection – relationship with the Teachers in their own way.
- Because of how they can see, they will work with you, individually, in building this connection.
- They only ask for your sincerity, as best you can, nothing else.
- If possible, make your pray/med sessions either 20 min; 40 min; or 60 min long. Do what suits you best and what you can work with.
- There are several ways of praying and/ meditating. Pick an approach that suits you. You can experiment and change as you wish.
- They do not ask you to join a religion or change your religion. Their interest only lies in overseeing, guiding and helping you in your efforts to
- bring greater health & balance into your life
- open your heart
- evolve your spiritual connection
- connect to Unity of Being that we belong to in any case
- show you the way you can be of service to humanity
What they can & cannot do
- They can guide you on a subtle level that is in keeping with your heart’s truest intent.
- They can move obstacles that you are willing (even unconsciously) to let go of.
- They can mitigate the timing of how karmic affect will take place.
- In some cases, they can mitigate karmic affect entirely; in part or completely.
- They cannot remove all karma. (And if you understood what Karma really is you wouldn’t actually want them to.)
- They can heal and change things that would appear miraculous (I have witnessed this on many occasions) if, and only if, it is allowed by karmic law and the Divine. As the saying goes “Anything can be changed or healed; if it is allowed.” The Babas are guided by the highest law.
- They will never do anything not in your true interest.
- They can bring you to your heart and the Heart so you can touch it and begin building that relationship with Life; That Which is Bigger than Us (as we know ourselves).
